Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing by Global International Travel.

Payment Terms: A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before the start of the tour. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on the time of cancellation relative to the departure date.
Travel Documents

Travel Documents

Passport and Visas: Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

Changes to Itinerary

Amendments: Global International Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or natural disasters.

Client Requests: Any amendments requested by the client after booking may incur additional charges.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

Agency Responsibility: Global International Travel acts as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by clients due to circumstances beyond our control.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to local laws and regulations during the tour.

Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Clients must inform Global International Travel of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.

Fitness Level: Some tours may require a certain level of physical fitness. Clients are responsible for assessing their own fitness level and capabilities.

Personal Information: Any personal information provided by clients will be used solely for the purpose of booking and delivering travel services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
