Manaslu Circuit Trek

The Manaslu Circuit Trek is a stunning adventure around the eighth highest peak in the world, Manaslu (8,163 m). This moderately challenging trek features breathtaking mountain scenery, traditional Gurung and Tibetan villages, and culminates at the Larkya La Pass (5,160 m) for panoramic views. Best undertaken in spring or autumn, the trek typically takes 14-18 days, starting from Arughat or Soti Khola, and requires specific permits. It offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and rich cultural experiences, making it a must for trekking enthusiasts.

Itineraries:

Day 01 – Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu ( 1,345 ). Drive to hotel in Kathmandu Thamel. O/N at a hotel.

Day 02 – Pre-trip meeting and Sightseeing around the Kathmandu valley. O/N at a hotel.

Day 03 – Drive to Arughat ( 640m ) by Bus or Four Wheel Jeep – 9hrs. O/N at a hotel.

Day 04 – Trek to Soti Khola ( 775m ) – 6hrs. O/N at Guesthouse.

Day 05 – Trek to Machha Khola ( 900m ) – 6hrs. O/N at a Guesthouse.

Day 06 – Trek to Jagat ( 1,340m ) – 6hrs. O/N at a Guesthouse.

Day 07 – Trek to Ngyak ( 2,310m ) – 6hrs. O/N at a Guesthouse.

Day 08 – Trek to Ghap ( 2, 100m ) – 6hrs. O/N at a Guesthouse.

Day 09 – Trek to Lho ( 3,200m ) – 6 ½ hrs. O/N at a Guesthouse.

Day 10 – Trek to Samagaun ( 3,500m ) – 5hrs. O/N at a Guesthouse.

Day 11 – Acclimatization and exploration day. O/N at the same guesthouse.
